• Maintain the general ledger using Standard Chart of Accounts with Cash Accounting method
• Record and itemize all commercial transactions using commercial bank feed
• Perform daily or weekly reconciliations
• Identify and resolve discrepancies between your books and balances from your financial institutions
• Manage accounts payable (AP), pay invoices and vendors
• Track Accounts Receivables (AR)

• Generate Monthly financial statements (Income Statement and Balance Sheet)

Monthly recurring charges include Xero basic subscription. Extra fee for Quickbooks subscription, project tracking, multiple currencies, client quotes, invoice generation, printing and mailing 1099s, printing and mailing paper checks.
